February 20, 2019We cannot recommend Ron enough. He remodeled our two (and one half) bathrooms, and we love the result. He gave us a reasonable quote and was conscientious about sticking to it. The guys he brought in (for plumbing, tiling etc) were excellent and—like everyone Ron works with—genuinely pleasant and thoughtful. Beyond his evident craftsmanship, we also valued Ron for his aesthetic knowledge and instinct. This was very important as our bathrooms were especially challenging in size and architectural design. Factoring in our spending limits, practical needs, and tastes, he consistently came up with great suggestions which we were pleased to follow. Throughout the process, and during the difficult uncertainty of 2020, he proved to be a reliable and communicative partner. It's clear that we lucked out in finding Ron, and wouldn’t hesitate to hire his services again... if we can grab space on his calendar before someone else does.

February 20, 2021We first met Ron to discuss remodeling what was a bonus room with duct work and basic framing into a fitness room. We did not really know what we were after in terms of design. Ron stressed that much of his work is for out of town owners, so he had no issue with our lack of specific direction. He worked independently, keeping us aware of his progress. Then, on schedule, we had the big "unveiling" and it was unreal. We LOVE what he did and it's amazing he made use of so many practical, yet visually pleasing design elements based on so LITTLE direction from us. We trust him, he did a fantastic job, and the cost was very affordable and reasonable. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!! A great guy on top of it all.

February 20, 2022Wow!!! Ron sets the bar for best experience ever with a contractor. We purchased a vacation home in Sunriver and walked through it together with Ron, decribing our vision and leaning on his expertise. We love that he approaches his business as a partnership with the client, offering design, material and labor options. Ron always shares the pros/cons for an informed decision and is extremely communicative so we always knew how things were tracking. The vision was delivered, including some added scope, on the agreed timeline and price structure. So unreal! Here are some specifics on our project. We decided to replace all of the flooring, build a new kitchen island, create a focal fireplace facade and paint the entire interior. Ron knew we intended for this to be a short-term rental as well so every step along the way he made recommendations of materials that would accomplish the look we wanted to achieve and also provide the durability necessary for renters. We personally wanted to dedicate several weekends towards doing some of the improvements ourselves and Ron was amazing about embracing that and working through the schedule together. During those weekends I often found new projects that slightly expanded the scope, which Ron always accommodated. Since everything is a handshake with him, there was never a mess of change order agreements; he just adjusted his work plans and reflected the new work in the billing. Working with Ron from about 200 miles away felt like we were working with a next door neighbor. He has become our friend through this process and still holds a key to our home. In fact, we recently contacted him for a small outdoor project that he readily squeezed into his already busy schedule and we are so pleased to know that piece of our home is now up to code and build to withstand the Central Oregon elements. Sunriver Log Home Remodel
Ron Brown has my highest possible recommendation. We bought a log home in Bend, with the plan of making minor improvements. After meeting Ron, we felt comfortable putting the job in his hands, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. A “small” renovation turned in to many months of work and a major remodel (our decision to keep adding more jobs to his to-do list!). Since we live out of the area, we had to communicate long distance, and trust Ron to make decisions when we were not always there. We soon realized that, not only is he a skilled craftsman, but also has a great artistic eye for details that we may have never considered. “We purchased a condo in Bend that needed some artistic renovations. Since we don’t live in Bend, we were a bit nervous about finding a good, reliable contractor. We saw Ron on Yelp and reached out. He got the keys to our condo before we did!! He kept us in the loop and he kept everything moving on schedule. Above all, he did a fantastic job! South West Bend Home Renovation
Over the years raising four kids and having pets has taken its toll on my poor house. There were battle wounds every where! West Side Deck Remodel

North East Bend Siding Project
As experienced DIY-ers, we have usually have had no reservations about taking on big home improvement projects, such as room additions and kitchen renovations, until now. We recently bought our home knowing that it would need to be completely re-sided. After some research and planning, we realized that re-siding the house ourselves was a bit much to take on and still get done in a timely manner and get done in time for winter. We also have pretty high standards for workmanship. We got several bids and were pretty discouraged about the high prices and the inconsistencies between contractors’ stories.
Then came Ron and his crew. Ron had creative recommendations to help achieve the look we wanted using durable and economical materials. He’s flexible as well; we worked out a great deal where we did the demolition and took care of the materials logistics while Ron concentrated on getting the siding done with the workmanship we wanted. What a difference! Ron’s attention to detail and craftsmanship resulted in a look we can be proud of; creating the high-end look that we needed in our neighborhood. It was worth the time he took to get it right. He also did the job on-budget, provided little extras and made minor changes without complaint. We’d use him again anytime!

NE Bend Deck Remodel
The Finisher has done it again, our backyard is an oasis. Ron extended our deck over a large water feature so we have an unobstructed view of our water fall. First, he redesigned the contours of the deck. He then built is so solid and integral that any concerns I had about it cantilevering over the water were quickly dispelled.
